Account Manager:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for helping increase sales within the military market. An understanding of the organizational structure and procurement processes for the Department of Defense is highly desirable. This position travels approximately once a month to designated tradeshows/conferences and customer visits.

Assigned Duties and Responsibilities:

-Maintain consistent contact with defined customer base
-Prospect for new entities (including calling, emailing, marketing and visiting)
-Promote and educate Chinook products to assigned markets
-Administer sales and quotes to specific markets
-Travel to key accounts and attend industry tradeshows
-Work closely with Marketing to ensure informational and logistical accuracy for assigned markets
-Networking with contacts to obtain new sales leads while growing current base
-Work with Contracting Department to pursue procurement opportunities within defined markets
-Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and practices.
-Provide information and key contacts on new product ideas, offerings, and trends to the Product Development Team as needed.
-Assist and/or back up other Sales & Marketing responsibilities as needed to include answering phones

Position Qualifications:

-5-10+ years of notable sales experience or equivalent medical experience required
-Bachelorís Degree preferred
-Experience in Tactical Combat Causality Care (TCCC) desirable
-Experience in DOD contracting desirable
-Strong computer and communication skills
-Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Military veterans encouraged to apply
