Chinook Minimum Order Policy
Chinook has a minimum order requirement of $50 for all consumer purchases. Consumer purchases are defined as items to be used for individual/personal use (Non-Government, Military or Corporate use). If you believe that the minimum order has been wrongly applied to your order, please contact us to reveiw your account.

We take our customer information very seriously. We do not share any customer information, period. We have a secure site for processing credit card information as well as all other sensitive personal information.
Payment
Chinook Medical Gear, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Ariba Supplier Network, Government Cards, IMPAC Cards, checks, money orders, EFTs and bank wires. We welcome purchase orders from commercial customers. New customers wishing to open an account require credit approval.
Shipping & Handling
Chinook normally ships within 24 hours of receipt of order. If the order is for large quantities, special items, or out of stock items, we will provide you with the approximate shipping date.
Our preferred shipping method is via FEDEX Ground for all physical addresses and USPS Priority Mail for all APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. You can also expedite your shipment via FEDEX services (or as specified per your request). Shipping is calculated based on real-time published rate shipping quotes.
All international orders will ship FEDEX (or the most expedient way per your request). International orders are subject to a $5 handling fee. Chinook Medical Gear, Inc. has extensive knowledge in exporting medical supplies. We will complete all required international documentation.
Returns
All item returns must be within thirty (30) days of purchase. Products must be unused and in sellable condition. We will refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. If the product is defective, we will either refund your purchase price (including shipping) or send a replacement at our cost. All product warranties should be addressed through the manufacturer.
