To Request a Quote for any items listed on our website, just add them to your cart and then choose "Save as Quote" instead of Processing the order. A sales representative will then get in touch with you regarding your request.
To Request a Quote for specialty items you do not find on our web site, please fax or email your request to our sales department at 970-375-6343 (fax) or sales@chinookmed.com.
Please be sure to include the following:
- your contact information (bill to and ship to)
- item description
- item number (if you know it)
- quantity requested
- requested delivery date
- any other relevant information to best prepare the quote
