Independent, Diverse, Yet Adaptable Meds Bag Offer 03/30/2013

While there are many medication 'module' type bags and pouches and larger narc boxes available, there seems to be a lack of mid-sized meds bags that are adaptable to being independently carried. The TMK-MEDS/IV/IO Bag comfortably holds a diverse and deep (without going overboard) arrangement of meds and administration supplies, which negates going to multiple pouches, bags, and containers to get supplies needed for each drug, perhaps between multiple patients and under less than ideal circumstances. So far, I've been able to comfortably put in a 500 saline bag, pre-filled flush syringe, drip set, saline lock kit, sick call type meds, etc. The zippered pouches on the inside of the top flap work well for 500 mL bags and supplies, and the Alosak bags hold a surprising amount of different meds. The vial loupes are very secure, as well. The TMK-MEDS/IV/IO's size did surprise me a little; this is not small meds bag. It is a well thought out, organised, very workable, and comprehensive stand-alone field meds bag, though it could certainly be used as a kit within a large aid bag. Initially looking at it, I thought maybe the bag was a bit overkill, but once I began loading it up, I saw its utility. Our group will be using it mostly for life support and other specialised or 'overflow' drugs—stuff we may want to have on hand in some cases but not to carry on us.

When I first saw this bag(earlier version) I wasn't sure how useful it would be.I was using the great Eagle IIIA Med bag with aloksaks and other plastic bags for organization and just couldn't see adding the weight of more nylon.About a year ago I was really starting to get tired of digging through that big open pack, so I picked up a StompII.It really fit my needs better, but I really didn't like the airway and med organizers. So I remembered this bag,and found they had updated the design. I knew it might be a tight fit but thought I'd try it.
When I got the bag, I was impressed with the quality. It may not be quite Kifaru level, but it easily is as well made as eagle and better than a lot of blackhawk stuff I've seen. Everything seemed well stiched, elastic is strong, zipper smooth and big enough to take some abuse, hook and loop is some of the best I've seen, interior seams taped, and exterior attechment points(molle/carry handle) well stitched.
Now the critical point it fits in the top organizer pouch of my Stomp II !!! Even when pretty stuffed!!!!
There are a few things I would change on the bag(no Molle),but everyone has different needs.
I would definitly reccomend this bag to anyone running a StompII,
and unhappy with the factory organizer.I am so glad I took the chance and got it!
