The Silver "H" Compression Bandage combines the H Bandage Combat Dressing with a Silverlon antimicrobial silver mesh covering to prevent infections.

The bandage is a sterile, non-adherent dressing for severe trauma wounds. The Silver Cinch consists of an 8” x 10” ABD pad fastened to a 4” x 5.2 yard elastic wrap (stretches to 16 feet). The ends of the wrap have VELCRO^® fasteners and with the plastic “H” on top of the pad gives the added compression strength and stability needed for large wounds.

The ABD pad is covered with a 7” x 9” silver mesh of Silverlon designed to prevent infections on the wound.
