BIG CINCH ©, is a specially designed version of the CINCH TIGHT© compression bandage. It provides an all-in-one solution for serious abdominal injuries. With a 12"x16" ABD Pad, capable of covering the largest wound areas, it is able to not only protect vital abdominal organs but also any protruding organs which may have been forced outside the abdominal cavity. BIG CINCH© is easily secured to the abdominal wound with 5.43 yards of elastic wrap (sewn onto the large ABD Pad) ensuring the pad is secured tight enough to prevent slipping while avoiding excessive pressure across the wound (pressure that can cause damage to protruding and internal cavity organs). Bandage stretches to 18 feet.
