Chinook will be attending the Armed Forces Operational Medicine Symposium, coordinated by the Navy Independent Duty Corpsman Association and the Air Force Independent Duty Medical Technician. This is the 12th annual conference for the Navy IDC and this is the second year that they are joining forces with the Air Force, Coast Guard and Military Sealift Command. This conference is well attended by active duty as well as retired Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Marine Corps Health professionals.

National Conference on Wilderness Medicine

Chinook will be exhibiting at the 2007 Conference! Outdoor and wilderness recreation have grown tremendously popular over the past two decades. Physicians and other health care providers should have an increased awareness of medical problems that are unique to the wilderness environment. The goal of this course is to teach both practical and theoretical skills to health professionals, search and rescue personnel, and interested lay people.
