The Tactical Ratcheting Medical Tourniquet (RMT) features a small ratcheting buckle, short ladder strap, and 1.5" webbing. With thorough training, it can be quickly and effectively applied with a single hand, even in total darkness. The RMT applies precise mechanical pressure using only gross motor skills.
