Big Cinch Abdominal Bandage

The Big Cinch Bandage is a specially designed version of the Cinch Tight compression bandage. It provides an all-in-one solution for serious abdominal injuries and other large wounds. With a 12" x 16" ABD pad capable of covering the largest wound areas, this emergency trauma bandage can protect vital abdominal organs and any protruding organs that may have been forced outside the abdominal cavity. The Big Cinch is easily secured to the abdomen, leg or other large area with over 5 feet of 4" elastic wrap (sewn onto the large ABD pad), ensuring the pad is secured tight enough to prevent slipping while avoiding excessive pressure across the wound (pressure that can cause damage to protruding and internal cavity organs). Bandage stretches to 18 feet.

Flat-folded in a small, vacuum-sealed 5 mil barrier bag for maximum space savings, the Big Cinch replaces several bandages in an all-in-one device capable of administering to the most traumatic abdominal wounds, quickly and efficiently.
