The LEMK-GSR is small enough to be worn around the waist via a hip belt, which can store away when not in use, and yet large enough to hold all the necessary supplies for treating multiple injuries from minor scrapes to major wounds. The hip belt contains a small quick-access pocket for glove placement and two rows of PALS webbing for external tourniquet placement or radio pouch placement. Internally, the supplies are neatly organized by multiple elastic retainer bands and three hook and loop closed pockets for content security. The LEMK-GSR strikes a perfect balance between size and capability. Made of 500 denier Cordura nylon.
